How to Setup Roadrunner Email on Your Google Pixel 2August 23, 2022
Email inboxes quickly fill up, and it’s simple to become overwhelmed by the mounting number of unread messages. This is why having access to your RR email on your iPhone is so useful; even a few minutes spent periodically deleting emails can have a significant impact. You might have noticed that the iOS mail app doesn’t provide the option to delete if you’ve linked your RR email account to the iOS mail app on your iPhone.
As an alternative, you have three options: Mark, Move, or Archive. Where are old emails stored? When you select archive, the email is moved from your inbox to an archive folder but remains accessible for later opening or rereading. But so many emails don’t even require the first perusal, much less being archived! Instead of preserving your Roadrunner emails on your iPhone, you should learn how to erase them. Here we go, inbox zero!
How to Delete Roadrunner Emails on an iPhone Rather than archive them on iOS 11
To delete undesirable emails, you must first navigate to your RR email mailbox in the iOS Mail app. (While in all inboxes, you can also choose to only receive emails delivered to your Roadrunner address.) As you’re going to see, this advice directly relates to me and my inbox. Don’t pass out.
- Launch the Mail app.
- Click on the RR email inbox.
- When you select Edit at the top of the screen, a blank circle appears to the left of each message. Select the messages you want to remove by tapping on them.
- The Archive button is located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Select “Trash Selected Messages” from the menu.
Congratulations! Instead of archiving them, you can now go about deleting undesired emails from your RR email inbox.
