You may manage your Spectrum Mobile account from anywhere at any time with the Spectrum Mobile Account app. You can see your data consumption, receive help, and more by logging into your account and plan.
The Spectrum Mobile Account app is only available to the principal account holder. Make sure you’ve downloaded the most recent version of the app from your device’s app store for the best experience.
The Spectrum Mobile Account app may be downloaded at no additional cost.
Service Requirements at a Minimum Android OS 4.3 or later is required. Apple iOS 9.3 or later is required. You’ll need a Spectrum.net username and password to access the Spectrum email app. Before you can use the app, you must first activate your new Spectrum Mobile smartphone.
For each of your By the Gig and Unlimited lines, you may see how much data has been consumed in the current billing month. Please keep in mind that while looking at your account’s data consumption, you’ll only see how much data you’ve used when on 4G. You won’t see the totals in your use report if you use 5G, including through hotspots. Find out how to examine your account activities in greater detail. You may also do the following in the Activity area of the app: To distinguish between many lines registered on your account, use nicknames. Change the data plan you’re on. You may see details about your current billing cycle, such as the payment method and date, the total amount due, and a charge summary. To see your billing details, go to: Open the Spectrum Mobile Account app and sign in. Billing is the option to choose. Scroll down to the following choices and choose one: Cycle Manage is now in use.
