Spectrum subscribers can only send a certain amount of emails every hour, and each message can only have a certain number of recipients. This helps ensure mail system stability and usefulness for all customers by reducing spam.
3. Real-Time Blacklist
Users who break the Terms of Service by sending unsolicited e-mail campaigns will be banned. Inbound mail sent by spammers whose IP addresses are on an RBL is likewise blocked by the blacklist.
How to Retrieve Emails in the Spam Folder?
